·              Actively working with customers for solving the issues in CS core and LTE core; and handling the service requests from non-faulty inquiries all the way to the critical issues; Writing and performing MOPs.

January 2009 – July 2013 Design Prime/Agile Team Member (Ericsson)

Agile team member in a Core MSC Geo-Redundancy project (CallP, C++)

·              Designed various components in C++ to facilitate calls to be distributed across multiple geographical locations to provide capacity improvements, higher reliability, and Mobile Switch Center redundancy

·              Agile Product Verification Team Member –performed Core MSC Geo-Redundancy functionality testing in the areas of large traffic, capacity integration, upgrade and deployment; analyzed system KPIs.

·              Initiated and set guidelines for automated test cases using GTEST/GMOCK for this project.

 

Agile team member in Core MSC Cell Expansion (CallP, C++, Java)

·              Designed in C++ to support the expanded cells from 2K to 8K for MSC. Investigated and modified IS-41 messages, which carry cell information; developed KPI and system key code for supporting expanded cells

·              Developed Java-based message cell mapping tool on CORE to map cells in both CORE egress and ingress directions to facilitate the design testing on CORE while expended cells not ready in BTS.

IP protocol based Mobile Signaling Interface on CORE Project (SUA, SCTP, BSAP, C++)

·              Designed and implemented the IPSP Local Layer Manager component to perform SUA protocol stack management on CORE using C++

·              Seek & Destroy Design Integration prime responsible for S&D test case development and execution across multisite test teams with 10 engineers. 200 test cases had been executed and detected 6 critical issues.

 

MSC Packet Evolution: GWC Integration functionality on CORE (H.248, SDP, C++, Java)

·              Primed the design and implementation on Connection Broker on Core to manage MGWs over H.248

·              Developed Java-based H.248 Message Injection tool on CORE to test H.248 message decoder and encoder and call simulation

·              Design Integration prime for design integration testing; Design support for Product integration testing

 

CDMA Next Gen platform (aTCA) Evolution (Database Design, ORACLE, Pro*C, PL/SQL)
